Whoa\u2026 92 homes in escrow with 17 closings already this month.\u00a0 The number of homes on the market is down 16% over the last 12 months, but Vacant Land listings are up 9% over the same timeframe.\u00a0 It\u2019s still a good time to be a buyer of any Sedona property as we haven\u2019t seen any major price increases across the board \u2013 so prices are low and interest rates have dipped beneath 4% again per our local lenders. (for a owner occupied SFR at least)<\/p>\n
