We have been impressed during our ten years in the home by its excellent construction: no structural problems, good insulation from external heat or cold, and virtual lack of repair. And since we believe in maintaining things, we have added a new furnace and A/C (2020), had the exterior painted (2016), and the roof constantly checked. The interior plan has served us well, and we love the beautiful travertine floors.
